Yes it is an item and It is called "Lama". I don't know if it was Llama or Lama, but I might be getting the Item so we'll see!

Edit: In the Magazines Page it says "Tops" at accessories and "accessories" at tops!

Edit 2: I forgot to add a bottom.. I think its gonna be messed up! I hope it wont be messed up
